Matthew LaBita

Matt is the Managing Partner at The LaBita Team, a family-owned Real Estate team with Keller Williams. He has managed and grown large Keller Williams Brokerages for the last 5 years and now brings this experience to HPAA. He pledged and was initiated at Baylor, affiliated with the UIH Chapter, then served in both VP roles and as President of IFC.

Will Gross

Initiated in Fall 2003 initiate and graduated with a B.Arch in the Fall of 2011. He served as Treasurer for Epsilon Eta and under his term the transition to online dues payment was completed. Will is currently a Licensed Architect in Texas and Colorado. He enjoy camping and rock climbing. To him a successful year on the EC would be defined by not only by the growth during the year but the success of the organization 5, 10 or 15 years from now.

Theron Matthews

Theron holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, a Master's in business, and is pursuing a second Master's in chemical engineering. He has 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He enjoys investing and personal fitness. Theron intends to take a long term approach to financial management of HPAA with a focus on increased revenue, and reduced expenses to pass on for future years.

Jay Mathur

Jay is a former EC member for Epsilon Eta serving as Secretary and served as the VP of Scholarship for IFC. Jay graduated in 2011 with a BA in Finance and has a background in Real Estate and Law Enforcement. He currently holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is taking courses in supply chain management/logistics in order to pursue a new career path. Jay intends to increase communication to the Alumni Chapter and further document past, present, and future plans for HPAA.
